Mini-Meditation
This mp3 audio file (0.2MB) contains instructions for a short five second meditation based on breath concentration which can be done anytime and anywhere. Great for stress and anger reduction.
• this is a brief meditation you can do when you have a few seconds of nothing important to do, or when you encounter a stressful or potentially angry situation
• you can do this from any posture: standing, walking, sitting
• and, you may keep your eyes open, especially if you are walking or driving
• breathe normally and calmly, noticing the in-breath and the out breath
• focus on feeling the in-breath touching your upper lip
• and, focus on feeling the out-breath touching your upper lip
• do this 3 or more times
